Our collaboration with First Realty on their brand refresh was guided by a commitment to preserving their existing brand equity while better aligning their visual identity with their core values of excellence, innovation, and client-focused service. Understanding the importance of maintaining familiarity for their audience, we adjusted their original yellow and blue hues and chose variable typographies to ensure a seamless transition. This approach allowed us to enhance First Realty’s market presence while maintaining the trust and recognition they’ve built over the years. The logo was delivered within a brand style guide, stationary suite, signage package, and website.
